Press record at the start of your visit and Cleo Health will capture every detail.
Choose to pre-fill the patient’s name and chief complaint, or use “Quickstart” to begin recording immediately and Cleo Health will fill in the information for you!
After recording your conversation click “Create Note” and your documentation will generate in around 30 seconds.
You can save an encounter before making your documentation with the “Save and Go Back” button to smoothly handle multiple patients at once!
Use “Smart Update” to add follow up conversations, dictate a re-evaluation, or add and populate your macros.
Any information you tell Cleo Health will be intelligently incorporated into the note!
Smart Chart knows your macros, try saying “Insert my EKG macro at 10:40am with a rate of 68” and a populated macro will appear in the note. You can tell Cleo Health to edit certain parts of your note or simply have a follow up conversation with the patient and Cleo Health will intelligently incorporate any new information.
Macros can be added from the “Macros” tab on the web app, along with what section they should be slotted into. We give every user four default macros to try (EKG, Laceration, US FAST, and Detailed Neuro).
A section specific version of Smart Chart can be found in the “View Note” option on the mobile app for precise note adjustments.
After adding all of the information into your note, choose the “Generate MDM” option on our mobile or web app to view your MDM. Cleo Health’s MDM coding assistant will guess the estimated billing level of your chart.
Cleo Health’s MDM will always be better the more information that is included in the main chart, so make sure to Smart Chart or manually add in any pertinent information before generating the MDM!
